Scorpion Mule

This fiery twist on the classic Moscow Mule adds an electrifying kick to your sunny days and balmy nights. With its bold blend of spicy scorpion pepper, zesty lime, and crisp ginger beer, the Scorpion Mule is a refreshing and invigorating cocktail that will keep you cool and refreshed all summer long. 

Ingredients

  • 1.5oz Anejo Tequilla
  • 1/2oz Cointreau
  • 1/2oz Lime juice
  • 2-3 Dashes La Jefa hot sauce
  • 4oz Ginger beer
  • Sprig of mint
  • Lime Wheel

Instructions

Step 1

Serve: Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add tequila, orange liquor, lime juice and La Jefa hot sauce. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds. Fill a copper mug with crushed ice and pour the ingredients into the mug. Top with ginger beer, mint and a lime wheel.
